Visitor Applicants

Visitors are welcomed in two categories: long-term visitors, particularly those on sabbatical, and workshop visitors.

The following materials should be submitted for all long term visitors:

  1. The MBI visitor application form submitted electronically or sent via US Postal Service, to:
    Mathematical Biosciences Institute
    The Ohio State University
    1735 Neil Avenue
    Jennings Hall, Room 364
    Columbus, Ohio 43210
  2. Personal statement of scientific interests, research plans and reasons for wishing to participate in the program.
  3. Curriculum vitae and a list of publications.
  4. A separate statement containing the other support you have applied for (e.g. sabbatical, fellowship or other stipend) and the amount you will need from the MBI in the following categories:
    • Local expenses for ( ) months
    • Logistical support (office space, computer and secretarial help, etc.) for ( ) months.
