The MBI will pay for your local expenses such as food, dormitory lodging, and all program materials. Grants for travel expenses and some stipends may be available for some participants.
You will receive local expenses, dormitory lodging, travel expenses, and a summer stipend. This part of the program is limited to 4-6 students.
All applicants need to complete and submit the on-line application form, provide a CV (resume) and a one-page statement describing their background and interest in the program, and indicate how they hope the program will benefit their future activities. All applicants will need to supply two letters of recommendation. Please send all of these materials to rebecca@mbi.osu.edu.
The deadline to apply for the two-week program has been extended to May 1, 2009. We are no longer accepting applications for the six-week program.

We hope that every participant gains an increased appreciation for how mathematics, statistics, and computer science can address and resolve problems in biology and medicine. We hope that students will pursue further study in mathematical biosciences in undergraduate and graduate school.
Three S/U credit hours will be given to Ohio State students participating.
